The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreementare the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility
Latigo Waiver, Relase and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for participating in an event held at the LATIGO TRAILS HERTITAGE CENTRE, LLC (Latigo) I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, representatives and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, and agree to hold LATIGO TRAILS HERITAGE CENTRE LLC (LTHC), PIKES PEAK RANGE RIDERS FOUNDATION HOLDINGS INC. (PPRRF), DIAMOND BIT INC., and THE PIKES PEAK RANGER RIDERS FOUNDATION, LATIGO TRAILES EQUESTRIAN CENTER, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from any and all claims, demands, and actions of any kind that I have or may hereafter accrue, directly or indirectly, arising out of or relating in anyway to the participation of the undersigned in the event at Latigo, including, without limitation, litigation, expenses, attorney fees, damages, and costs. My waiver and release of all claims, demands and actions includes, without limitation, any personal injury, death or property damage sustained as a result of the act or failure to act of any of the above referenced persons and entities.

I acknowledge that horseback riding involves an inherent, dangerous risk of serious personal injury or death and by participating in the event at Latigo, I knowingly assume any and all risks of injury or loss. I hereby waive without limitations any and all claims against any of the above-referenced persons and entities that are based on negligence, breach of contract, strict liability or any other claim for any injury or loss suffered during or in connection with the event at Latigo.
I understand that under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from inherent risks or equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.

If I am signing and submitting this Agreement electronically, I acknowledge that my electronic signature shall have the same validity, force and effect as if I affixed my signature by my own hand.

My electronic signature is evidence that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Waiver, Release , and Hold Harmless Agreement.
If a parent or guardian is signing in behalf of a minor, the minor is identified in the entry form. |
